NuaTalks Child Safety Standards Version: child-safety-csae-2026-08 Effective: 2026-08-20 NuaTalks has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This standard is a condition of using the service and applies to every member without exception. 1. Prohibited content and conduct. You may not create, request, share, store, or link to any material that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child, and you may not use NuaTalks to contact or groom a minor for any such purpose. 2. Enforcement. Content or conduct that violates this standard results in immediate removal of the content, suspension of the account, and preservation of the relevant records for lawful reporting. 3. Reporting. Suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation can be reported from any conversation's reporting control, or directly to the operator at the contact listed on nua-talks.com. Reports are prioritized and, where legally required, referred to the appropriate authorities and hotlines (for example NCMEC in the United States and equivalent bodies elsewhere). 4. No re-victimization. Reports are content-free by default at the transport layer; identifying material is handled only through the secure reporting and preservation path, never re-shared. Accepting this standard is required before you can create a circle or publish a moment. Withdrawing acceptance pauses your ability to post until you accept again. This standard exists to protect children and is not negotiable.
