NuaTalks Community Standards Version: community-standards-2026-08 Effective: 2026-08-20 NuaTalks is a private space for families and the people they choose. These standards apply to everything you post in a circle, send in a message, or share as a moment. 1. Keep it consensual and private. Share only content you have the right to share, about people who are comfortable being included. NuaTalks has no public feed; nothing you post leaves the circle you posted it to. 2. No harassment or abuse. Do not threaten, demean, stalk, or target another person. Circles are for people who want to be in them; membership and invitations are always under the recipient's control. 3. No illegal content. Do not use NuaTalks to share content that is illegal to possess or distribute, to plan harm, or to facilitate a crime. 4. No exploitation of minors. Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a child is never permitted. See the Child Safety Standards, which you also accept, for the specific commitments and reporting path. 5. Report what does not belong. Every conversation and circle includes a content-free reporting control. Reports are reviewed against these standards. Accepting these standards is required before you can create a circle or publish a moment. You can withdraw acceptance at any time; doing so pauses your ability to post until you accept again.
