Delete your account and connected cloud data
You can request Nua Account deletion from inside NuaTalks. If you cannot sign in, you can send a deletion request to support from the email address associated with your account.
Request deletion in NuaTalks
- Open NuaTalks and sign in.
- Open your account panel, then choose Account and data.
- Follow the confirmation shown beside Schedule account deletion.
The request has a 30-day grace period. You can cancel it in the same Account and data section before deletion starts.
Delete NuaTalks data without deleting your account
You can remove individual NuaTalks items while keeping your Nua Account:
- Open a chat message that you sent and choose Delete message for everyone.
- Open one of your Circle Moments or comments and choose Delete.
- Open your profile settings and choose Remove beside your profile picture.
You can also email bapardi@gmail.com from the address associated with your Nua Account and name the NuaTalks data you want removed. Support may need to verify account ownership. Deleted content is removed from active NuaTalks use. Limited security, report, anti-abuse, legal or preservation records may remain where needed to protect people, operate the service or comply with law.
If you cannot access the app
Email bapardi@gmail.com from the address associated with your Nua Account. State that you want to delete the account. Support may need to verify account ownership. Never send a password, sign-in code, encryption key or private message content.
What the request covers
The deletion workflow schedules removal of the cloud account identity, NuaTalks social content and media, approved NuaHome links and connected Nua AI data. Each responsible service must confirm its own deletion target before the request can be shown as complete. A failed or unavailable target remains visible instead of being reported as deleted.
Data held only by an offline NuaHome hub remains under that household's local retention and deletion controls.
